All cabins on one timeline.
Add each cabin as a unit of your property. The notebook shows a month of stays for all of them at once, with the guest, the number of people and the payment status, so gaps between stays are easy to spot.
Portals and direct guests together.
Connect the iCal calendars of Airbnb, Booking.com and other portals. Their bookings become reservations in Hospesly and are passed on to your other portals. Returning guests can request dates on your own booking page, without a commission.
Seasonal rates and deposits.
Set prices per night for seasons and holidays. A new reservation suggests its price, and you record the deposit, the payment and the tourist tax with the stay.
Cleaning between stays.
Each departure becomes a cleaning task with a deadline before the next arrival. The daily plan shows which cabins are ready, who cleans which one and what still needs checking.
Guests know what to expect.
Send the confirmation, the arrival instructions with the key box code and the thank-you after the stay from your own e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp. The dashboard reminds you what is still to send.
