Pricing questions.
Is the free plan time-limited?
No. The free plan covers 1 property and 1 unit with no time limit and no card. You pay for more units only when you need them.
What is a unit?
A unit is a room, apartment, cottage or other rental space managed separately in the calendar. Your package covers the total number of units across all your properties.
Do I pay for team members?
No. Team members, such as housekeeping or reception, use the owner’s package at no extra cost.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
Subscriptions renew automatically every month or year. Turn off renewal in the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. You can also pay once without renewal.
Can I add units mid-period?
Yes. With an active subscription you can increase units in the app. Stripe shows the prorated charge before you confirm.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. You receive an invoice by email after every payment. Enter your tax ID in the payment form to include it on the invoice.
